The grapes for this wine were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as psible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation. Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation. The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling.
夜间采摘葡萄以保持其冷却状态，采用旋转式机器进行破皮处理，发酵前置于发酵罐中浸泡2天。带皮压榨7天后进行二次乳酸发酵。装瓶前只进行轻微处理。
TASTING NOTES/产品特征
Deep red with purple hues, this voluptuous wine abounds in enticing aromas of cherry and blackcurrant with herbal undertones. The medium to full palate is well balanced with red and dark berry fruits, good length and a soft, rounded finish. This wine will cellar well for up to 4 years and is perfectly suited to pork dishes or Indian cuisine.

A short heat spike in November lead to some irregular flowering and set and subsequently reduced yield. The remainder of the growing period was excellent with abundant sunshine for ripening, yet cool nights to help retain flavour and natural acidity.
该年11月的高热导致部分葡萄非正常开花引起产量减少。但在剩余生长阶段阳光充足，成熟良好，夜间凉爽亦保留葡萄天然的风味和酸度。
TASTING NOTES / 产品特征
Pale straw with green hues. Distinctive floral characters from the Riesling are lifted by the aromatically precocious Gewurztraminer. The palate delivers lime, citrus, rose petal and spice with a clean medium approachable finish.
麦秆黄透出点点绿色。琼瑶浆的馥郁香味带出雷司令独特的花香。
