ORGANIC – SAUVIGNON BLANC

Picked late at night to harvest the grapes as cold as ossible the grapes were transported to the winery and pressed using modern tank presses. After cold setting the clear juice was carefully racked to cooled fermentation tanks and inoculated with selected yeasts. Cool fermentation was followed by minimal handling filtration and bottling at the Angove winery.

在夜间采摘后保持其冷却状态运到酒厂,将葡萄压碎,在寒冷的环境中将澄清的葡萄汁运至冷却发酵罐内,并放入精选酵母。低温发酵,在安戈瓦酒庄装瓶前只进行轻微过滤。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Color: Pale straw in color with green hues.

Aroma: Aromas of citrus, guava, and passionfruit with delicate herbal notes.

Flavor: The alluring palate entices the senses further with tropical fruit characters and a clean, fresh finish.

颜色:明亮的麦秆黄反射出微微绿色光晕。

香气:柑橘,番石榴,西番莲和与细腻的花草的香气。

口感:口感诱人,入口有热带水果的味道,收尾干净清新。

The grapes for this wine were picked at night to make sure that they were as cool as psible. Crushed to modern rotary fermenters the grapes were then allowed to macerate for 2 days before inoculation and fermentation.  Pressed off skins 7 days later and allowed to go through the second malolactic fermentation.  The wine has then had minimal handling prior to filtration for bottling.

夜间采摘葡萄以保持其冷却状态,采用旋转式机器进行破皮处理,发酵前置于发酵罐中浸泡2天。带皮压榨7天后进行二次乳酸发酵。装瓶前只进行轻微处理。

TASTING NOTES/产品特征

Deep red with purple hues, this voluptuous wine abounds in enticing aromas of cherry and blackcurrant with herbal undertones. The medium to full palate is well balanced with red and dark berry fruits, good length and a soft, rounded finish. This wine will cellar well for up to 4 years and is perfectly suited to pork dishes or Indian cuisine.

深邃的宝石红色泽中透出点点紫色,吸引人的黑醋栗和樱桃香气中透出微妙的草本植物气息,丰腴的口感与黑莓,红色水果的味道达到完美平衡。是一款优雅迷人的佳酿,酒体圆润适中,回味悠长。此酒可窖藏四年以上,适合搭配猪肉和印度菜肴。
